Shipping Policy
1. Where We Ship
StyleSense currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available yet, but we are working toward adding more destinations soon.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturdays, excluding public holidays) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on Sundays and holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Pre-order or back-order items have their own stated timelines, which begin once stock reaches our warehouse.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines
Shipping methods and delivery timelines are available against each product at the time of check out. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, unforeseen logistical constraints, or remote locations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package ships you will receive an email, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect your shipment status after the courier picks up the parcel.
5. Delivery Attempts and Address Issues
- Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts at the shipping address.
- If the address or phone number provided is incomplete or incorrect, deliveries may be delayed or returned to our warehouse.
- Undelivered orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded (minus shipping fees, if applicable) once the parcel returns to StyleSense.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the promised window, delays can occur due to force-majeure events, regional lockdowns, or peak-season surges. We will keep you informed via email or SMS about any significant changes.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours at support@stylesenselive.com so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. For missing parcels marked “Delivered,” notify us within 48 hours to initiate an investigation.
8. Split Shipments
To get your items to you faster, we may ship an order in multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking number at no additional charge to you.
9. Change of Shipping Address
You can request a change of address before your order is shipped by emailing support. Address changes cannot be made once a tracking number has been generated.
